Handwritten Letters

     There is nothing sweeter on dark gloomy days than receiving such lovely handwritten notes in the mail. Snail mail is my favorite. I feel a connection with the past and imagine the pioneers who waited so long to receive a response to their letter with high hopes. Such care and attention to detail are taken into consideration when writing a letter and words flow across the page like a gentle summer breeze tousling my hair bringing a moment of peace and inspiration. Becoming - The Unfolding of You - Jeanne Oliver

     Friends, do you know @jeanneoliver? I'm sure most of you do!! 😊 I recently discovered her website and have not been the same since. You know that feeling when you have found something that so utterly delights you that you want to either sit and cry or squeal with delight and shout it to the world? Well, that's exactly how I felt when I discovered her and her site!!!! (What an incredibly beautiful soul you are@jeanneoliver!!!) Well, she has created along with several other amazing ladies, a free course called "Becoming - the unfolding of you". Today was the first week and launch of the first videos. Besides crying my eyes out and just wishing I could jump through the screen and hug Jeanne so tight, I was blown away and absolutely inspired by her story she shared as well as her great passion for Jesus! I Believe in You

     Words are powerful. They can make or break a person. Sometimes all we need is a simple "I Believe in You" to lift our spirits and encourage us to persevere. My heart breaks for those who never hear these words... those who are constantly torn down and their fighting spirits beat to a pulp. Please, don't be the one to tear someone down but choose the opportunity to speak life into them. And for you my wonderful friends, I Believe in You!!!! 💛

Inspiration

     What would you do? Would you take that dream seriously? Would you then choose to walk by faith? Would you quit waiting for the perfect time to start because deep inside you really think it's insanely crazy or that you could never do it? We serve a HUGE God who can do ANYTHING! We can never do it...alone... but through our weaknesses, He becomes our STRENGTH! Friends... it's through the failure, frustration, ridicule, fear and hard work that God molds us. It's part of the incredibly journey of stepping out in faith and true purpose in Him....learning to exchange doubt for TRUST. I want to know what you would do. There is power in writing something down... putting thoughts to paper. It makes them tangible and more realistic than just a dream floating in your head. Please, take the time to leave a comment and tell me your dream... your thoughts and your ideas that you feel God has placed on your heart. Then... take what you leave in a comment and write it down on a piece of paper... tape it somewhere in your house where you can see it each day. Then... PRAY, TRUST and WALK BY FAITH!

     SNEAK PEEK!!!! Here are two prints/canvases (various sizes) I will be listing!!! I can't believe this day has arrived!! It's scary but exciting sharing something that is so close to your heart that it's almost a piece of you. A part of me is afraid but... the journey that God brought me on to be here is too important not to continue. If you feel Jesus calling you to do something, don't shut out the voice but instead welcome it with open arms. It's not always easy and that is an important reason why I created this account - for us to encourage one another, lift each other up in prayer and offer support. Please let me know what you think!

Value Your Struggles

     Psalm 119:67 When you are struggling or frustrated with your life, put your trust and faith in Him. He gives us battles so that we must look beyond ourselves and seek refuge in His arms. There is peace and love waiting. Our struggles make us stronger and are ways He teaches us lessons we need to learn. He draws us back through them.
